We will be providing a list of all participating vendors to the City of Chicago / BACP with a payment of $25 for each vendor. Any vendor who already has an active Pop-up User license from the City of Chicago is exempt from paying the fee until their existing license expires. If you have an active Pop-Up User License, we are required to provide your account # and expiration date to the City of Chicago.
