10′ x 10′ Tent Space (BYO Tent) in Courtyard (Outdoor) – Sat & Sun, Apr 18-19, 2026

This is a curated market. Vendor spaces are by invitation only. 

This is an outdoor space in the Courtyard area – Rain or Shine.

Location: 4325 N Ravenswood Ave, Chicago, IL (Courtyard area at Artifact Events Bldg.)

This space includes the following:

* Space is approx. 10′ wide x 10′ Tent Space in The Courtyard (OUTDOORS) — plus another 6′ or so for smoker as discussed.

Market Hours: Sat-Sun, 11am-5pm both days

Branded tent is allowed for this vendor serving food for immediate consumption.

Tent vendors bring their own 10′ x 10′ Tent with at least 160 lbs. of weight (at least 40 lbs. per tent leg).

The Courtyard is enclosed by relatively high walls on all 4 sides so it enjoys a nice amount of  wind protection.

FOOD VENDORS:

Insurance:  Food vendors are required to provide a certificate of insurance naming Chicago Artisan Market, INV Marketing Group, LLC and various Artifact Events entities as additional insured. Details regarding COI can be found here

Food Vendors must have the capability to accept credit card transactions; dress in appropriate clothing for food service; must be entirely self-sufficient to execute food service; must comply with all food safety standards set by local, state or national food service standards; and must obtain all permits/insurance needed to operate and shall display both its health department license/approval and business license at all times in its booth space.

If you are selling packaged food, it must be made or prepared in a licensed kitchen.
