Vendor Space Details & Requirements:

  • Space Size: Space is 8′ wide by 8′ deep. Ensure all your items fit within this footprint. You will have neighboring vendors immediately to your right and left.
  • Sampling & Signage: You may not conduct sampling or display signage outside of your designated area.
  • Damage Responsibility: Vendors are responsible for any damages to the venue property. Attaching items to the venue walls is prohibited.
  • Fixtures: The provided space does not include tables, chairs, or other furnishings. The corners of your space will be marked on the floor. If you need tables and chairs, these are available for rent through the “Add-on” options.
  • Food Vendors & Insurance: If you are handling food/beverages, you must submit a certificate of insurance (COI). This COI should list the Chicago Artisan Market, INV Marketing Group, LLC, and other specified entities as additionally insured. Further details on the COI requirements are available here.
  • Electrical Supply: Space includes two 20-amp circuits.

Sales Tax and Licenses

Refunds & Cancellations

All payments are non-refundable and your space is not assignable. See full terms & conditions.


Deposits are non-refundable and will reserve your space until 60 days before the market. At that time, full payment is due. Failure to pay the remaining balance on time will result in forfeiture of your space.
