Coffee Vendor – Sat & Sun, Apr 22-23, 2023

The Chicago Artisan Market limits the market to one (1) vendor exclusively selling Coffee for immediate consumption to both shoppers & vendors at the event.

• This space is 8′ x 8′ with a vendor to the immediate left.
• Most vendors use one 6′ x 30″ table in the back and one 6′ x 30″ table in the front of the space.
• You will need to limit the front table to 6 feet wide — as you will need space to enter/exit your space.
• Our coffee vendor is provided two (2) dedicated electrical circuits which is included in the price.
• You may rent tables and chairs for an additional fee.

Coffee is limited to two (2) dedicated circuits.  Please consider your electrical needs carefully.

• Add-ons: Tables, chairs & dedicated garbage cans are extra via the “add-ons” below.  We do spread garbage cans throughout the venue for general consumer use.

You will need to bring your own utensils, plates, cups, bowls, napkins and any other items that guests might need to enjoy your food/beverage offering.

Insurance: Food/Coffee Vendors will be required to provide a certificate of insurance naming Chicago Artisan Market, INV Marketing Group, LLC and the venues entities as additional insured parties.  Details regarding COI can be found here

Certifications from the City of Chicago Department of Health: You must provide certifications from the City of Chicago Department of Health.

Vendor must have the capability to accept credit card transactions; dress in appropriate clothing for food service; must be entirely self-sufficient to execute food service; must comply with all food safety standards set by local, state or national food service standards; and must obtain all permits/insurance needed to operate and shall display both its health department license/approval and business license at all times in its booth space.

If you are selling packaged food, it must be made or prepared in a licensed kitchen.
