City of Chicago Pop-Up User License

The City of Chicago BACP requires a Pop-Up User License for pop-up user business activities (i.e. anyone selling merchandise/food in the City of Chicago in a temporary location).

Our company, INV Marketing Group, LLC, holds active Tier II “Pop-up Host” licenses with the City of Chicago at both our Ravenswood (4325 N. Ravenswood Ave., Chicago) and Fulton Market (401 N. Morgan St., Chicago) locations.

In addition to holding our Pop-up Host licenses, we are required by the City/BACP to collect a Pop-up User License fee of $25/vendor for each one of our weekend markets.
(The $25 pop-up license fee is only valid for 1 market that's less than 5 days.)

Our Pop-up Host licenses in Fulton Market & Ravenswood cannot be used by other market producers operating in the City of Chicago, even if they operate within the same venue. Each pop-up market producer is responsible for obtaining their own “Pop-up Host” license for the dates & locations they operate within the City of Chicago.

The $25/market pop-up license fee you pay to us is only valid at the Chicago Artisan Market.  
i.e. It does not license you to operate at other markets within the City of Chicago.
